The Road Warriors came in strong at the opening quarter with Kevin Alas, Jonas Villanueva Sean Anthony, Mark Borboran, and Asi Taulava dominating the Texters. By the end of the quarter, the Road Warriors had a big 10-point lead, 11-21.

But the Texters gained momentum entering the second quarter, covering good ground coming from a big deficit. Despite trailing behind the entire quarter, The Texters were able to equalize just before the buzzer when Ryan Reyes scored five for TNT after a timeout.

Third quarter was a tug-of-war game as both team fight for the lead, but NLEX’s Garvo Lanete dropped six points before the end of the quarter to grab a late lead, 61-67.

It was another back-and-fourth game entering the fourth, with Taulava and Anthony facing off with Danny Seigle and Jayson Castro. Castro’s Three nearing the 3-minute mark of the game paved the way for the Texter’s lead followed by a two from Seigle at 3:32. The Road Warriors didn’t recover from then.

Troy Rosario led the Texters with 20 points, followed by Danny Seigle with 17.
