When in Manila, who hasn’t heard of Paul Walker? He stole the spotlight and our hearts in movies like “She’s All That” and “Varsity Blues” (and, more recently, in “The Fast and the Furious” movie series. Well, news just broke this morning of Paul Walker’s reported death.

With so many celebrity deaths popping up left and right on a regular basis nowadays, though, it’s hard to tell how true the rumors of Paul Walker’s reported death actually are. So far, I’ve spotted a lot of people on my Twitter timeline talking about it and a few celebrity gossip websites talking about it, but nothing definite just yet.

Even celebrities like Gabriel Macht are tweeting about it:

However, since he says he didn’t know Paul Walker personally, it’s hard to decide whether he is a reputable source for this news or whether he has just fallen victim to hearsay, as well.

Word on the street is that Paul Walker was giving rides in his new Porsche GT when he lost control during a test spin and crashed. One witness claims that he recognized Paul Walker in the car while putting the fire out.

I am hoping the news isn’t true. I’m still not completely over Cory Monteith yet, and now this? :(

If you guys get any updates on Paul Walker’s reported death When in Manila, please do update me, so I can update this post. Thanks! :)

UPDATE: IT’S TRUE!!!!! :(

While the reports from TMZ regarding the car crash (see above) may not be true, Paul Walker did die from a car accident.
