Looks like we’ll be having an extended weekend next week. Since May 1 (Monday, Labor Day) is already a holiday, the palace’s suspension for April 28 (Friday) adds another more day to our already long weekend.
This announcement to suspend work in government and private offices in Metro Manila on April 28 because of the ASEAN summit.

Meanwhile, on April 27, work in government offices in Manila, Makati, Pasay to be suspended too due to the ASEAN summit and related meetings.
