3.) Paccube Packing Cubes
The Paccube Packing Cube comes in a set of three: small, medium, and large.Â
I placed cords, batteries, chargers, and earphones into the small one.Â
In the medium-sized one, I packed my swimwear and the things I bring to the boxing gym (minus the gloves).Â
In the large cube, I packed a towel and clothes that would last for a day or two.Â
Everything was able to fit! I really enjoyed the whole packing experience because while packing, I had a specific label in my head for each tube. That way, I knew exactly which tube I wanted to place my things on. Also, everything I needed fit without me having to roll my tops into small balls of cloth and sitting on my bag! (I’m sure I’m not the only one who does that.) It’s also a plus that the cubes come in such cute and colorful designs.Â
Even for a student like me who can’t afford to go eat-pray-love every now and then because of school (and getting by with student’s allowance!), Paccube comes in handy for trips within Manila: going to the boxing gym, swimming out with friends, packing for weekend sleepovers, or even packing for school whenever we have to shoot something (and bring so many things I used to not know how to pack.)
Aside from all of the help with packing, Paccube also comes in handy during actual trips themselves. You can categorize what to put inside the different packing cubes, so you can easily find what you’re looking for.
Another thing I like about Paccube is that its products are all made in the Philippines. I’ve always been fond of homegrown brands because they always have an interesting story behind them, and supporting local businesses is a big help to the country.
(P.S. If you know about a local brand you’d want me to feature, Tweet me @rebeccaallee! 🙂 You could also check out another one of my features for a local brand here.
So, when in Manila (or out of town), try out products like Paccube to help you eliminate clutter and have a greater sense of control over all that’s going on.
