ORIG: 10 College Bands Gather Together to Promote the OPM Industry

 

The Public Relations Student Society of the Philippines-UP Manila (PRSSP-UPM), in partnership with PIK Events, in cooperation with organizations from different universities, has gathered 10 bands (from UP Manila, UP Diliman,  Ateneo, DLSU, CSB, UST, CIIT) to perform at the Rizal Park Open Air Auditorium on May 31, 2014, 3:00 PM-8:00 PM.

 

The main objective of the concert is to promote the artists’ original songs and the OPM industry since due to the aggressive promotion of international songs and albums, Pinoy artists, specially starting ones, are having difficult time promoting their original songs and selling their albums. In addition, part of the proceeds will send at least 3 street children in Kanlungan sa Er-Ma to school for 1 year.
