The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or MMDA has been implementing and initiating traffic rules and regulations to manage the horrendous traffic in EDSA. In fact, their most recent initiative was oficially implemented today: private cars can’t use bus lane no more. Otherwise, you’d be fined for P500.
On the other hand, another strict implementation was for the buses to stay INSIDE the barrier MMDA has set for them. Unfortunately, a netizen spotted buses (still) unloading despite the barriers.
According to the netizen who shared this on Facebook, the bus in the picture apparently was the third bus to unload in a span of 2 minutes.

Sadly, this is reality. Just like the song by Rob Base, DJ EZ Rock, “it takes two to make things go right.” If we are hungry for change, let’s start with ourselves.
