The UP Association of Civil Engineering Students, on its 59th year, brings you the National Civil Engineering Summit 2013. NCES 2013 is a weeklong celebration of influential events that aim to uphold camaraderie among its participants and equip them with skills and ethics in nation-building. With over 2,500 engineers and engineers-to-be that is expected to join, jam packed activities are on the line for the biggest Civil Engineering event in the country. Happening this September 3-7, 2013 at the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
