So, a few days ago, I got tagged by one of my good friends on Twitter to do a Twitter challenge!!!

While I’m all up for regular challenges (eating bugs, skydiving, talking to the cute guy at the next door beer pong table, etc.), I wasn’t too keen on doing this one because I’m not too keen selfies and coz my friends always make fun of my handwriting. But then, I read the last paragraph:

 

Sobrang laking difference talaga when you ask a person how they’re feeling. Kaya don’t forget to ask someone, “Musta ka naman?” today and make a person smile! :)”

It’s true. How many times do you actually stop to think about all of those friends you were once super close to but drifted apart from because of unavoidable circumstances like work, a change of location or new friends? How many times do you genuinely miss a person, but never do anything about it because you are worried that they don’t feel the same way? Now is the time to finally banish those feelings aside and ask that simple question, “Musta ka naman?Kahit ex mo pa yan, go lang! [Go for it, even if that’s your ex!]

I don’t really know much about the challenge so far. As far as I understand it, the main idea is to encourage you to share their feelings in just five words through a photo collage with the hashtag #MustaKaNaman and then tag 5 friends who would be able to relate to how you feel. Once tagged, those friends have to take 1 word from your sentence and then create their own sentence about how they feel. Easy peasy!

I’m doing the challenge, even though I don’t know much about it yet, because I miss a few people and the only way to bring them back into my life would be to randomly ask them how they’re feeling. And what better way to do that in this digital age than with a fun Twitter challenge? :p
