Catcalling has been a hot topic these past few days, when in Manila. The debate on whether or not catcalling is okay has been reignited by an incident between President-elect Rodrigo Duterte and a journalist he allegedly catcalled.
Regardless of all arguments for this act, people should be aware that there are those women (most, actually) who do not feel comfortable being subject to these supposed “compliments.”
