MRT Security Guard Plays Saxophone During Rush Hour

It’s an established fact of life that rush hour sucks. But living in the Philippines means having to deal with rush hour, any time, any day. One of the things that suck about rush hour is that there’s nothing to do.

Sure, you have your smartphone, but there comes a point when you’re bored with everyone’s selfies and random updates.

That may not be the case anymore, especially if you encounter this MRT security guard, who chose to play the saxophone during rush hour. A video shared by Project Awesome Philippines, a public stunt group that does social experiments and street mobs, shows the unnamed guard (and whose face is covered by a visor) skillfully playing the sax in various locations, from inside the train to the line going to the station.

According to Project Awesome Philippines’ description, “Mission Brief: There’s a newly hired security guard in MRT North, and he’s entertaining a lot of rush hour commuters by playing the saxophone.”

What a great way to start the day, right?
