Holy Smokes, aptly named for its menu of smoked meats that can only be described as mouth-wateringly heavenly, fits right in its melting-pot of an address. Adding a unique offering to the booze house-laden landscape of Brgy. Poblacion, the restaurant is a relaxed, well-lit and inviting place for friends to gather. And here’s a great plus, they’ve got some awesome, surely memorable grub to go with the bonding sesh.

Honestly one of the best-tasting chicken I’ve had in a while
And by memorable, we mean fall-of-the-bone ribs, patiently smoked over locally-sourced wood fire for 6-8 hours to give it that robust flavor. There’s unbelievably succulent roast chicken, prepared in the same manner as the ribs yet delivers an entirely unique taste and texture to it. Then there’s Holy Smokes’ pride and joy: its juicy, melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket, so perfectly tender and seasoned, with its truest, unadulerated flavors taking center stage. With meats that are at their juiciest and tastiest, the time, effort and technique the goes into getting them on the table is very much apparent.
