When in Manila and craving for ribs… OMG! You gotta try the famous STICKY BONES at Morganfield’s!
Been hearing a lot of raves about Morganfield’s since it opened so last week, me and my friends paid a visit to finally try their so-called famous “sticky bones.” Hmmmm…
When I entered the place, it was packed! Every table filled and every seat taken. Wow! I actually thought there was an on-going event or something, but it turns out that ALL were walk-in customers! I couldn’t believe it! A resto located in a place that’s still being developed, without not much foot traffic, is actually full house during lunch hours. This can’t be real!
And since of course it was lunch time, we ordered their lunch specials plus a full slab of their signature Sticky Bones….
While waiting for our meals, we first ordered some of their signature beverages as recommended by their waiters…

Then after a few minutes, our lunch sets arrived one by one. Service was pretty fast and the wait staff was all attentive and helpful despite the huge lunch crowd.

Just after finishing our starters, the star of the show made a grand entrance and boy was it a show stopper! Take a look the their signature STICKY BONES!
I never thought it would be THIS BIG!! It was even bigger than the platter! OMG!!!
Morganfield’s indeed makes the BIGGEST & JUICIEST PORK RIBS in TOWN!!! 13-inch 1.2kg full slab, marinated for 16 hrs then slow-cooked and smoked for 4hrs to tender mouthwatering perfection!
No wonder people are going crazy over this! MMMMMmmmmmmm!!!
