Mixed Feelings About That Translated Pinoy Song? Check Out These Tagalized Foreign Hit Songs

ICYMI, there’s an issue regarding Yael Yuzon of Pinoy band Spongecola having to translate their original Filipino song into English during a gig at a local mall. The organizers allegedly asked them not to sing/speak in Filipino to cater to international customers. The mall is investigating the situation at this time.

The issue caused quite a buzz among both netizens and fans of the band.

Considering this situation, some people tried to turn it around. What if foreign artists were asked to sing and speak in Filipino whenever they played in front of a Filipino audience?

Red Button Productions thought of this and put the concept into pictures.

They put up lyrics of foreign songs that have been translated into Filipino and posted it on their Facebook page.
