Looks like Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is back home in the Philippines. According to a post on ABS-CBN News, the reigning Miss Universe arrived in Manila around 11:52 AM on Good Friday, on board Eva Air flight BR217.
Wurtzbach somewhat hinted about this on a post via Miss Universe Facebook page where she said:
Flying to somewhere warm today. Let the guessing game begin!
There is no additional information as to why Wurtzbach went back home in the Philippines unannounced. Apparently, she also did not seek assistance from the NAIA Media Affairs.
Wurtzbach posted the following photo showing that she is really here in “sunny Manila.”
Wurtzbach is currently based in New York City as she fulfills her role as Miss Universe.
