Costa Rica’s representative, Carolina Rodriguez has such a warm personality and a genuine appreciation for the host country that it’s not hard for Pinoy fans to warm up to her.

And as it turns out, it was easy for Carolina to find a second home in the Philippines, calling it a “second paradise”!

In an interview with GMA News, Carolina shared:

“I’m from Costa Rica. I’m a beach girl. I think that Costa Rica is an unforgettable paradise, but I come here and now I say to myself, I have found a second paradise.”

As for the Filipino phrases she’s learned, she counts greetings such as “Magandang umaga po” and “Ako po si Carolina Rodriguez mula sa Costa Rica”.
