Meridian International (MINT) College, a Business, Arts, and Technology school, launches their first ever MINT Creative Fest this July 15, Saturday.

Dubbed as their first open house event that celebrates youth creativity, it features workshops, creative talks, and performances. One of their speakers is YouTuber and blogger Janina Vela, who will be sharing her experiences as a young vlogger in the Philippines. Janina Vela is a senior high student at MINT College.

Meanwhile, the workshops are part of the breakout sessions in the afternoon. Among the four workshops are Calligraphy by Louise Anog, and an Improvisational Comedy Workshop by Karl Jingco of One and a Half Men, MINT’s homegrown improv group.

Later in the evening, everyone will be enjoying performances by local acts. Among them are Words Anonymous, Jensen and the Flips, and MINT College’s alumni, Clara Benin.

MINT Creative Fest is presented by MINT College with the help of media partners WhenInManila.com and Scout Magazine.
