Miley Cyrus never seems to not make the headlines When in Manila by grinding on married men, posing for NSFW pictures and smoking weed on-stage. Well, she’s at it again: this time with her newly-bleached brows.
I don’t know how you feel about this, but I was totally okay with her strange antics before. Before her weed stunt, I even called her hot most of the time and cut my hair short coz I loved her so much. I even defended her when people said she was attention-seeking.
I may be slow on the uptake, but yeah, I’m starting to think that she is just seeking attention now.
