Meet the First Filipino Supercar, the Aurelio Automobile
The supercar market is mostly dominated by European car manufacturers. Oftentimes, we associate supercars with Italy. Beyond Italy, Germany has Porsche and Mercedes-Benz, Sweden has Koegnigsegg, and England has Aston Martin. The Philippines may not be one of the first countries that comes to mind when it comes to supercars. However, recently, a Philippine-made supercar has been making rounds online and in various car shows — the Aurelio Automobile.
This supercar is made by Laguna-based car fabricator, Factor Aurelio Automobile or simply “Aurelio”.

It seems that the Philippines is venturing in the motoring industry. Last year, we have met COMET(City Optimized Managed Electric Transport), the electric jeepney that is set to roam the streets soon.
