According to Marie, “Joy at Work” will focus on “organizing your professional life” with “stories, studies and strategies to help you eliminate clutter and make space for work that really matters.”

We’re especially excited about this one because now that we’ve sort of mastered the art of tidying up our homes, we’re very much prepared to spark joy in our offices and workspaces! (Much needed, if you ask me.)

The book is scheduled for release on April 7, 2020, and is co-written by Scott Sonenshein, a business professor at Rice University. Below is the official synopsis on Amazon:

The workplace is a magnet for clutter and mess. Who hasn’t felt drained by wasteful meetings, disorganized papers, endless emails, and unnecessary tasks? These are the modern-day hazards of working, and they can slowly drain the joy from work, limit our chances of career progress, and undermine our well-being.

There is another way…

Using the world-renowned KonMari Method and cutting-edge research, Joy at Work will help you overcome the challenges of workplace mess and enjoy the productivity, success, and happiness that comes with a tidy desk and mind.
