When in Singapore, perfectly located on top of the spanking Vivo City ( ones’ gateway to Sentosa ) is Marche’ Swiss Market Restaurant. Friends have been raving about this place and so, it was #1 on my itinerary.

Marche’ have just entered into a new partnership with Switzerland Tourism that emphasizes how important their “home market” is to them. Enjoy the freshness of herbs in Marche’. It’s the season of herbs, the heart and soul of every freshly-prepared dish. This means a big NO to preservatives!

A Marche’ Guest Card is an electronic card which you present to the food attendants upon ordering.  They just swipe your card for orders, then returns it back to you. You don’t have to shell out cash every time you order!

Here’s the cute wooden table top sign which says free or reserved. I heard this place is often (if not always) full after office hours until dinner. Better to reserve ahead of time. Good thing it was late lunch when we walked-in.
