Bonifacio Global City, the metro’s premier business, shopping, and urban residential district, is a pretty place to be at, but it’s not exactly well-known for having pocket-friendly lunch items. For young professionals who populate this private district, that can be a pain. It was nothing but great news then that Cable Car introduced their lunch menu!

Lunch Out at Cable Car BGC

Located at the Fort Strip – smack in the middle of Bonifacio Global City –  Cable Car is more known for beer pong games and night-out drinks than their food. This is a shame because, as the WhenInManila.com team found out firsthand – the food will give any establishment here a run for its money. We had the opportunity to sample out the Cable Car lunch menu, and apart from getting stuffed to exploding, we were pleasantly surprised at both the quality and affordability of the lunch out selections.

SISIG SPAGHETTI

We kicked off the review session with the Sisig Spaghetti. If you think you didn’t read that right, the team felt that too! We were pleasantly surprised by the perfect combination of crunchy pork bits with spaghetti, a combination none of us have ever had before. At P199.00 a plate, it’s a great steal especially when we consider that this is in the middle of BGC!

Note: Eat this quick, so that the pasta is nice and soft and the sisig is nice and crunchy, without both getting the other soggy.
