I don’t know about you, but I was a huge fan of ‘The Mummy’ when I was a kid… well, of the first movie, anyway. So, when I first heard that there would be a reboot of ‘The Mummy’, my first thought was, “Man… Hollywood is really running out of ideas. But then I heard that Tom Cruise was going to be in it, so now I’m nothing else but excited. :p
In fact, I’m all the more excited now that photos of the cast on set have been released:

Apparently, ‘The Mummy’ reboot is going to be very different compared to the movies of old. In this new movie, Russell Crowe will be playing Dr. Jekyll, for example, and will eventually expand to a universe filled with other monsters like Frankenstein’s Monster, Wolfman and the Invisible Man. Interesting…
