If you’ve been lurking around the interwebs lately, then you must be aware of the chaos that ensued after a certain government news agency mistakenly used the wrong logo for an article.
In a story about the labor department by the Philippine News Agency, they mistakenly used the logo of Dole, the food company known for producing processed pineapples, instead of the logo of the Department of Labor and Employment.
It’s understandable that we all make mistakes, but of course, netizens couldn’t let it go that easily. It sent the internet into a frenzy!

One of these hilarious parodies was from Twitter user @Stewart___O who came up with “alternate logos” for other government agencies.

Well, that’s one way to respond to such a mistake. It’s hardly a surprise that netizens would come up with parodies such as this. It’s just the Pinoy humor with a splash of satire.
