There is more to Mindoro than just Puerto Galera.
Away from the bustling beach scene of Galera is Grace Island. It was developed into a resort, which makes it a place to go to if you want to find some peace and quiet. Of course, it is also a hideaway for relaxation.
Surrounding the island, built on top of the water are floating cottages. The cottages are interconnected by wooden bridges so you can easily move from one point to another. Staying on the cottages give an amazing view of the sea and the nearby Ambulong Island.

How to Get to Grace Island:
By air – Take a 45-min flight from Manila to San Jose Airport via Cebu Pacific. From the airport it is a 5-minute ride to our Aroma Beach Booking Office and Guest Lounge Area where our boat awaits.
By land and sea – From Araneta Center Bus Terminal, take the bus bound for San Jose, Occidental Mindoro via Batangas Port either to Abra de Ilog Pier or to Calapan Pier. Both ports are linked by their respective provincial highway to San Jose.
From Aroma beach – Guests are bound for Grace Island Resort via an approximately 60-minute boat ride from Aroma port. Along the way, guests enjoy the breathe-taking view of the sea and natural resources.
