A netizen shared a photo on social media how he would wear an NBI clearance to avoid getting mistake as a (drug) pusher. Although satirical and it may seem ridiculous, it might just work especially when traveling in shady places during ungodly hours.

(Rough translation: Just in case I get mistakenly identified as (drug) pusher like what happened to other people, (killed) without evidence and due process. It pays to be prepared.)
