We’ve all probably heard people referencing Mark Zuckerberg for being a billionaire and a successful guy despite dropping out of university. If you’re the type of person who’s struggling with school, then you’ve probably considered following his footsteps.
Now, we can’t cite Mark Zuckerberg as an example of a successful university drop-out because he finally got his degree!
Mark proudly shared a picture of him and his long-awaited diploma on Facebook–where else? Check it out below:
Mom, I always told you I’d come back and get my degree.
Mark dropped out of Harvard 12 years ago to start Facebook. We all know how that turned out. He became one of the youngest self-made billionaires because of the success of this social media platform he created.
The official Facebook page of Harvard University quickly commented their congratulations on Mark’s post.

Some parents are glad that they can finally prove to their children that getting a degree is still important. Others took it as a sign that a degree can’t guarantee success.
But overall, Facebook was just glad that its father has finally graduated.
