Have you ever wondered what our favorite Disney Princesses would look like if they actually aged?
Like maybe take a peek into their futures—a time when they’ve grown old with their princes and maybe have little prince and princess grandchildren of their own? Well, someone has already done that for us, and the work is stunning.
Costume designer Nephi Garcia and LA based photographer Tony Ross collaborated to create this series of portraits that portray the youthful Disney Princesses the world know and love as the majestic queens they were all destined to be.
Tony Ross told A Plus in an interview: “The main idea was to portray the relationship between a true mother and daughter as the same princesses a generation apart to show the similarities, the features that are alike.” To add to the magic of the series, Ross and Garcia invited real life mother-daughter pairs to pose as the princess and queens.
