Long-distance relationships are tough. Some of the challenges are dealing with different timezones, lack of intimacy, and even trust issues. Indeed, if you’re in a long-distance relationship, both parties must work harder to keep the love alive. And for a country known for their overseas work, many Filipinos are left behind while their partners are abroad.
This couple is doing amazing things even if they’re in an LDR. Danbi Shin is in New York while her boyfriend, Seok Li is based in Seoul. Instead of letting the distance between them get in the way of their love, they did something else. They decided to bridge the distance through combo pictures that make it look like they’re physically together.
