The world is still full of great people and one of them is Commander Pusa of Scout De Guia in Quezon City. He may not have much, but he still shares his love to a couple of stray cats.

“Hello, this is the picture of the homeless man, he always dressed that way, he said someone gave him the tagaytay shirt a while ago.
Here they call him commander pusa,i’ m not sure of his real name, but he’s someone who talks well and can understand english.
My home is near where he park hiss kariton for almost 3 years and I always see him roaming around the scout area looking for a place to stay until, finally found his place here in scout de guia for several months now.
However, i’m also worried that he will be forced to vacate the area because there is new restaurant opening soon in the area where he parks his kariton.
