A former beauty queen who is now serving as a police inspector will reportedly be part of upcoming president Rodrigo Duterte’s security team. This is according to the report on Saksi.

Sofia Loren Deliu, who once was a Miss Philippines-Earth candidate, met with upcoming president Duterte last Sunday along with other police officers. She finished in 15th place at the said beauty pageant.
In 2014, Deliu joined country’s police force. Before she joined the Miss Philippines-Earth pageant, she was the chief supply officer at the PNP Regional Public Safety Battalion, formerly called the Regional Mobile Group.
