LOOK: A Chocolate Cheese Now Exists Because Why Not

Are you a cheese person? How about chocolate? Do you like chocolate, too? Well if you are like me who absolutely loooove both then here is a dream come true for you.

A dairy shop in Australia called Curds and Whey have created the s0-called “chocolate cheese”. They use the Italian blue cheese Choco 21, ripen it in liqueur, coat it with cocoa, and decorate with chocolate chips.

Choco 21 cheese has arrived! Each wheel of this mild & delicate blue is ripened with Choco 21 Liqueur, rubbed with cocoa and decorated with chocolate chips.

Anna Burley, owner of Curds and Whey, told Mashable in an interview: “The customer reaction to the product had been very positive before the post went viral, we had been expecting it to be popular but were surprised at just how much of a conversation starter it has proved to be.” As for the taste, she describes the chocolate cheese: “The blue itself is quite mild, and the liqueur adds the chocolate flavour without being sweet.”
