El Nido is probably on your bucket list. It is one of the most beautiful places in the Philippines with crystal clear waters, white sand beaches and rich marine life. It is the haven for those who’s like to discover nature at its finest.
Though accessible through Puerto Princesa. El Nido can easily be reached via direct flight of Airswift. It is the best choice as it’ll only take you a little over an hour from Manila.
One of the newest developments in El Nido is Lio Tourism Estate. A 400-hectre development that boasts of hotels, retail area, lagoon and of course, white sand beach.
Casa Kalaw, one of Lio’s hotels is the first hotel to open in the property. It is a few steps away from the beach, has it’s own pool and it’s of cafe.
The rooms are very quaint and it stays true to ‘island life’ with its small details like weaved baskets, jars and wood interiors.
The pool is a perfect space to cool off after a long day of island adventures.
