Yes, yes, we have to admit that the main attraction of the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show is the models and the lingerie, but the musical performance are still something to look forward to. Last year’s performance of The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, and Ellie Goulding was amazing, and we’re looking forward to this year’s singers at the show on November 30.
Recently, it was announced that The Weeknd will return, and he will be joined by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars!
It will be an exciting night as all three artists have new albums and songs released.
The Weeknd will release his album Starboy on November 25. So far, only two singles have come out: “Starboy” and “False Alarm.”
Lady Gaga released her album Joanne last October 21, and she is aggressively promoting it and her singles “Perfect Illusion,” “Million Reasons,” and “A-Yo.” She has gone on a dive bar tour in the US, and has performed the singles on an episode of Saturday Night Live.
Bruno Mars will release his album 24K Magic on November 18, and the single with the same name premiered last month.
The 2016 Victoria’s Secret fashion show will feature famous models and angels like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Gigi Hadid, Izabel Goulart, Joan Smalls, Karlie Kloss, Kendall Jenner, Lily Aldridge, Lily Donaldson, Liu Wen, and many more.
They will be joined by a bevy of newcomers, most notably Bella Hadid.
The highly-coveted Fantasy Bra will be worn by Jasmine Tookes, a new angel. The Fantasy Bra is the centerpiece of the show, and is only worn by a top model. Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima have worn it thrice, while Gisele Bündchen, Tyra Banks, Karolina Kurkova, and Alessandra Ambrosio have worn it twice. They are available for sale, but only two have been sold, and the rest were dismantled after a year. This year’s Fantasy Bra is called Bright Night, and has $3 million worth of emeralds, diamonds, and other jewels.
