It’s a match made in K-Drama heaven: Rain and Kim Tae Hee have tied the knot!
You may recognize Rain from shows such as Full House, The Fugitive: Plan B, as well as Hollywood blockbuster The Ninja Assassin, while Kim Tae Hee has appeared in K-Drama favorites such as Stairway to Heaven, Love Story in Harvard, Iris, Princess, and The Gang Doctor.
The two were wed at a low-key ceremony at Gaheo-dong Cathedral in Seoul, foregoing the usual lavish, high-profile weddings celebrities are accustomed to.
In fact, their wedding was attended by parents, siblings as well as close friends from the industry, making up an intimate audience of about 50. Stars who were present at the modest wedding included Rain’s former producer J.Y. Park, former JYP artists, g.o.d’s Park Joon Hyung and Yoon Kye Sang, actor Ahn Sung Ki, and Psy.
Rain, 34, and Kim, 36, met at a commercial shoot in 2011 and started dating in 2012.
According to the stars’ managers, official wedding photos will be made public to their fans soon.
