They’ve been linked together for four years, and now Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have finally gone public with their romance after they were photographed holding hands on a Malibu beach!

Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise in 2012 after five years of marriage, with the two signing a divorce settlement after 10 days, and Katie was awarded custody of now 11-year-old Suri. Just a year later, the former “Dawson’s Creek” actress had been linked to Jamie, yet the two denied any romantic involvement between them.
Jamie even shut down the dating rumors after he and Katie were spotted holding hands in a recording studio in 2015, saying to TMZ:
“Oh come on you guys have been trying to make that stick for three years, we’re just friends. As a matter of fact Anthony Zuiker, creator of CSI, he offered us an animation project and we’re working on that.”
The two were thought to be secretly spending time together after they were filmed dancing together in The Hamptons.
Entertainment reports have also alleged that Tom enforced a contract, banned Katie from publicly mentioning their marriage or dating publicly for five years.In exchange, Katie reportedly received about $4.7 million in child support from Tom, and almost $5 million for herself, according to Radar Online.
