Junior Chemistry Congress 2017

WIM

The Philippine Association of Chemistry Students, Inc. (PACS, Inc.) brings you the Junior Chemistry Congress (JCC) highlighting the theme From Red to Violet: Chemistry and Its Wide Spectrum of Possibilities. This chemistry congress is one of, if not the largest annual academic event for high school and junior high school students aspiring to be future contributors to the scientific community, specifically in Chemistry and its wide spectrum of possibilities. The JCC upholds its vision of inspiring young and scientific minds across the nation by its three sub-events.

The PACSymposium, in its pilot year, aims to construct career pathways and open a wide array of opportunities for the affiliate courses of Chemistry. Interactive and knowledge-packed talks will be delivered by professionals from the Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Chemical Engineering fields. Brace yourselves as we shed new light to different perspectives by showing what’s in store for you!

A battle between the best and brightest young Filipino minds in the PACSiklaban Junior 2017 is an event not to be missed. Contestants will showcase their knowledge and wit, all together with their sportsmanship and competitiveness. Want to know how to be the next PACSiklaban Junior champion? View the rules and mechanics of the game on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/juniorchemistrycongress).

PACSiyensya, formerly known as Investigatory Project Contest, screens out young researchers in hopes of searching the most promising and innovative investigatory project. Researchers and professionals in various fields will determine the top researchers who will be given a chance to defend their projects and bring home certificates, medals, plaques, and cash prize amounting to P1000.

So, what are you waiting for? Join us on November 11, 2017 at De La Salle University-Manila, Yuchengco Hall as we bring together the best and the brightest chemistry enthusiasts on a day filled with insightful talks, an innovative showcase of investigatory projects, and a nerve-wracking quiz show.
