Jon Snow and Robb Stark are Joining the MCU for “The Eternals”

Game of Thrones fans, we have an announcement for you: Kit Harington and Richard Madden, who played Jon Snow and Robb Stark in the hit HBO show, are joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The two actors are set to star in The Eternals, the 25th film in the behemoth franchise.

The Eternals are a race of humanoids created by the alien Celestials. They are sent to defend Earth from their counterparts, the Deviants. Some of their powers include superhuman strength, projecting blasts, flight, mind control and reading, and more. They made their first appearance in 1976 under the title The Eternals.

Harington is set to play Dane Whitman or the Black Knight, who inherits a mystical sword. Meanwhile, Madden will portray Ikaris, a member of the Eternals.

The Game of Thrones actors will be joined by Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Gemma Chan, and Barry Keoghan.

The Eternals will premiere on November 6, 2020.
