Most of us know Jason Momoa as the fierce Dothraki warrior-king Khal Drogo on the hit HBO show game of Thrones, but in real life, Jason has always carried a soft spot for Lisa Bonet, his partner of 12 years.
Although they’ve faced rumors of tying the knot in 2007, Jason and Lisa didn’t actually legally marry until last month!
Now, being together for 12 years is not an easy feat, especially in Hollywood. But apparently, Jason has loved Lisa for the longest time — in fact, he’s loved her since he was eight years old!
Jason gushed about Lisa on James Corden’s The Late Late Show, saying that his feelings for Lisa “went deeper than love at first sight”. Describing how he fell in love with her at eight years old, Jason said:
“I was 8 years old and I saw her on the TV and I was like, ‘Mommy, I want that one.”
“I was like, ‘I’m going to stalk you for the rest of my life, and I’m going to get you.’ I’m a full-fledged stalker.”
“I didn’t tell her that until we had two babies otherwise it would have been creepy and weird.”
Jokes aside, we’re so happy for Jason and Lisa!
