Jennifer Lopez is playing Rosie in the NBC live musical production of Bye, Bye Birdie!
Airing in 2017, J.Lo is headlining the famous 1960s musical, which follow the story of music Albert Peterson, a music agent, and his girlfriend Rosie during rock ‘n roll star Conrad Birdie’s visit to Sweet Apple, Ohio before being drafted into the Army.
The pop star will also serve as executive producer of the show. Dick Van Dyke played Albert and Chita Rivera starred as Rosie in the original Broadway production.
Jennifer is pumped about the production, and even sang one of the songs from the musical in a show of hers in Las Vegas.
