The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) is only a few days away, and Manileños are already feeling the effects of the summit, especially on the road. Here’s another thing happening at APEC: PLDT is offering 8.5GB of Internet connectivity for the 8,000 delegates coming in next week.

This boosted connectivity will be allotted to conference venues and host hotels for those attending the meetings.

At the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), guests will be able to enjoy 3GBPS of fiber connectivity and 100 units of carrier-grade access points to swiftly and easily connect to wi-fi. Major hotels in Makati will also boost the wi-fi connectivity to up to 100MBPS for the APEC guests checking in.
