A good citizen writes to WhenInManila.com: “Somebody left this in the taxi I rode tonight,” attaching with the email a photo of the items in a shopping bag apparently left by the passenger before him in a taxi.

According to the person who found the bag (he refuses to be named—not needed, he says), the passenger who left the items got off at Fort, Bonifacio Global City. The bag contains a cap, a polo shirt, a powerbank, and another item he won’t reveal for verification purposes in case the real owner does show up to claim them.
