It’s funny how Vice Ganda is one of the country’s most famous personalities and yet we know very little about his personal life, especially his love life. Which probably explains why the public gets excited when rumors about his love life are spread online. Notice how he does not publicly acknowledge his relationships, and that his “relationship” with basketball players Terrence Romeo and RR Garcia are just rumors?

The latest basketball player to be linked to the comedian is Kevin Alas of Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters. This piece of news came after Vice and his co-star Bimby Yap guested on The Buzz to promote their film The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin. In a candid moment, Bimby asked Vice if “Kevin” is his boyfriend. Vice was obviously surprised at the turn of events. Because of his preference for basketball players, people assumed Bimby was referring to Kevin Alas. Vice confirmed this, but also said they are not romantically involved. According to Vice, Bimby saw Kevin’s name on a group chat on WeChat on the comedian’s phone.

Kevin Alas also went on the record to deny a relationship with Vice. Kevin said that he and his friends have a group chat with Vice. In one of the conversations, he and his friends recorded a voice message, and Bimby was answering. They were teasing him that his team beat his father’s team (James Yap of Purefoods Star Hotshots) in a basketball game.

Kevin Alas is not Vice’s boyfriend. So who is?
