It has been confirmed that there will be a post-credits scene, though. While there is no official word on what it is about and details are yet to be revealed, there are a few rumors that it might be a scene that ties into a Godzilla vs. King Kong movie. Again, nothing is confirmed yet, though – all speculations.

On October 14, 2015, it was officially announced that Legendary Pictures will remake the classic King Kong vs. Godzilla. We have high hopes that Legendary will introduce us to a Monsterverse. We already saw Godzilla, the monster from Mount Yucca in Nevada, USA, and the Filipino Kaiju that was found in one of the mining sites in the Philippines (FILIPINO PRIDE na naman ‘to). Excited to see these behemoths go at it or possibly team up to face a much larger threat.

‘Kong: Skull Island’ will punch its way to your favorite cinemas on March 9, 2017. Starring Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman and John C. Riley, and directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts – are you ready to clash with the mythic Kong? Tag a Kong fan!
