According to the netizen, he witnessed the kindness of the soldier while walking on an overpass in an unidentified location. The photo description says that the father is named ‘Tatay Nestor’ who was left by his wife, and is now too sickly to work.

Ito po si tatay Ernesto at ang kanyang anak.. iniwan sila ng kanyang my bahay… at nang Dahil sa kanyang sakit ay hindi na sya nakapagtrabaho. Nasalubong po namin sila sa overpass at humihingi ng tulong… sana po mtulungan ntin sila.
