There have been a lot of bad news about stray animals recently. We have shared before a heart-breaking story of a cat massacre happening in a high-end village in Manila. The perpetrator has not been identified yet and the search continues.
However, there are still many people who are kindhearted and would provide care for stray animals.
Take for instance what Police Officer Jaime Osit Santos does.
