Trending right now is this post of Mendoza Gil. He tells his friends on Facebook that he watched the parade of Ms. Universe Pia Wurtzbach in Makati.
Though he was there to watch Pia’s homecoming, someone else caught his attention.
As he was taking a video of the parade, he noticed a man with difficulty in walking and it suddenly became the focus of his video.
Mendoza was inspired by this man because even though he had a disability, he didn’t let it get in the way of his job if ever he was in media, he says in his post.
“Kanina habang nanonood ako sa Parada ni Pia Wurtzbach ay napansin ko na itong lalaki ito mula palang sa dulo ng Ayala Ave ksi dun ako nag abang.. Papunta ako saGlorietta kya naisipan ko n sumabay sa float tutal trafic naman at para photo ops narin.
Nung malapit nko sa ayala triangle nakita ko kung paanong hirap na tumatakbo si Kuya para lang makauna siya sa Float at mapicturan ng harapan si Pia.Â
Nakakatouch kasi kahit na physically challenge sya, still nagagampanan pa din niya yung work nya if ever na nasa Media man siya or isang kagaya ko na Proud sa achievement ni Pia. Di niya alintana yun kalagayan niya basta magampanan lang nya ung work nya.
Nakaka hanga lang kasi di sya sumusuko sa buhay. Bukod kay Pia.. Humahanga din ako sayo Kuya!
