In Living Color: Dining in Monochrome

F&B Report

Nowadays, the food pop-up culture has become a trend in New York City. Underground and upcoming chefs from the Big Apple are entertaining the idea in order to touch base with food aficionados and eventually gain recognition from the food community.

F&B Report Magazine sets the trend in the food & beverage industry by hosting a series of pop-up dinners in the country. With a different menu selection and theme prepared by different chefs each time, F&B Report promises to bring in gourmet enthusiasts for a night of exquisite cuisine.

The first pop-up dinner for the series, In Living Color: Dining in Monochrome, will be held on October 28, 2015, 6pm onwards. Experience the colorful craftsmanship of 3 of the country’s best young chefs — Miko Aspiras, Josh Boutwood, and Mark Tan – as they bring you a progressive 6-course menu that will have you savoring a kaleidoscope of flavors.

This event is also for the benefit of Teach for the Philippines as a portion of the proceeds will be donated to this institution.

Reserve your tickets now as there are only 40 seats available. Contact Jannelle Turija (09176283630) for reservations.
