Thirteen Turning Points for 2013

The fireworks that welcomed the New Year sparked an ephemeral sense of glory. But some things bigger and brighter are coming your way this 2013.

These, brought to you by the UP Journalism Club (UPJC), the oldest and biggest journalism organization in the University of the Philippines.

For 58 years now, the UP Journalism Club (UPJC) has been in the forefront in advancing its tradition of critical though and action through promoting ethical and responsible journalism and helping improve the quality of campus journalism in the country.

With the help and support of the alumni – among them Center for Media Freedom and Responsibility Executuve Director Luis Teodoro, Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ) Executive Director Malou Mangahas and TV5 News Director Ed Lingao – UPJC has constantly triumphed its undertakings.
