Nike admits that he only caught up to the series the morning he made these memes. “It just occurred to me that Cersei was a lot like my mom, how strict she seemed to raise her children and how she’d go through immeasureable lengths to protect them,” he shares.
“Then I started thinking how each of the characters had a defining characteristic, which would’ve been something that we Filipinos see everyday in our family members – how we all have that feeling bodybuilder Kuya or weird cousin. Everything pretty much snowballed into the album I made because I wanted everyone to have a good laugh at how similar our family members are. Though some are exaggerated, some of them I hear are very much on point.”
