Home and Modern Living Expo 2012: Choosing Homes Made Easier
The upcoming Home and Modern Living Expo (HMLE) brings home development and real estate close to the market as they make choosing homes easier by showcasing big players of the industry.
This event, organized by Premier Events Plus Group, Inc. (PepGroup), in cooperation with the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB), will feature prominent residential and commercial developers, industrial developers, property consultants, contractors and architects, home financing companies, furnishing companies, and many other sectors from the home development and real estate industry.
With the theme Choosing Homes Simply Made Easier, PepGroup revealed that the exhibitors list includes top players in the real estate industry, furniture and interior design, as well as the bank industry for home financing options, which makes the expo a must go-to event not only for potential buyers but also for existing home and condo owners looking for design trends and ideas.
The list of exhibitors includes SM Development Corporation, Robinsons Communities, Robinsons Homes, Sta. Slated at the SMX Convention Center from August 31 to September 2, the Home and Modern Living Expo will be the one-stop-shop for builders and developers of both residential and commercial properties as different booths demonstrate their products and special offers – indeed the perfect venue for those who intend to purchase, canvass and bid for prices.
A main feature of the expo is a series of seminars prepared by PAREB to be conducted by professional real estate practitioners, starting on August 31, where Senator Bongbong Marcos and Cong. Rodolfo Valencia will speak about the Salient Features on Department of Housing, and a talk on Best Practices of Real Estate Marketing in the afternoon. On September 1, a seminar on Professionalism of the Real Estate Industry will be discussed, and on September 2, Tactical Brokerage for Closing a Sale will be offered to visitors of the expo. More seminars are lined up and listed on the HMLE website.
Two other exciting features for this expo are the Vignette Student Design Competition participated in by Interior Design students, wherein the winners will not only receive cash prizes; their winning designs will also be prominently featured in SPACE Magazine, published by PepGroup; and the On-the-Spot Sketching session by renowned Filipino visual artists of the Saturday Group on September 1, targeted for art collectors.
